It's from 2 guys called Zebra and Hashiyan. They're both singers on a website called Nico Nico.
Nico Nico is basically the Japanese YouTube
but unfortunately (since it's Japanese) the website is only in Japanese and you have to have an account to view any of the videos. Luckily, a lot of them have been posted on YouTube for us English speakers to see online
